The data encryption at rest was the primary reason for purchase of a new product over our old one but we found this product did so much more and was modular enough to pick and choose what we required.

Once GoAnywhere MFT was in place, we quickly found other ways to use it. For instance, we now transfer encrypted information to our health insurance provider. Since our data resides on the System i, we were previously downloading files to the PC, encrypting it, then sending. Now, we just select an option on the menu and it does it all. 

The encryption and authentication options allowed us the flexibility to interact seamlessly with our partners based on the challenging and different requirements.
